Our dynamic residential real estate videos are meant to allow every single home display itself in it’s best light. Over 75% of homebuyers view their homes online and are significantly more popular than Open Houses. Why? Convenience. Why go to an Open House when you can simply view the home from the comfort of your computer, tablet, or cell phone? The greater effort in marketing homes by way of video increases the likelihood of more leads, multiple referrals, and certainly more qualified homebuyers.

These types of videos are meant to be created and shared for social media and listing websites. That is why we have tailored multiple packages to suit your needs and budget. We also include your branding information with a call to action that lets viewers know who to contact when searching for their ideal home.

HOW IT WORKS:

SETTING EXPECTATIONS

First, the best course of action would be to visit and read our pre-shoot checklist, of which you can show to your sellers. You can also do the staging and cleaning yourself if you choose to do so. We want our homes looking like they are ready to be marketed, correct?

Our video tours are not always of the same cookie cutter approach. If you want to be more hands on, we are welcome to working with you in a reasonable manner. If you have any requests, please contact us pre-shoot. Would you like to highlight a specific feature of the interior or exterior landscaping? Do you want an aerial view of an expansive backyard? All of these can be massaged out prior to our appointments. If there is something we missed or not discussed prior before the filming is complete or before we leave, we can always reshoot it, but there will be a fee applied to it.

MUSIC SELECTION

Music is what makes the world go around, right? In much of our real estate video tours, a music soundtrack is provided to bring a touch of energy to what would be an otherwise boring video. Up until recently, we automatically went searching for the appropriate song choice, but have decided to change it up. Now, we have a plethora of music to choose from. Under each bundle or video order we will include a link to listen to a selection of tracks and options to choose from. Please let us know if you would have a specific track in mind or would like us to choose for you. Once the song is chosen, all choices are FINAL and WILL NOT be changed once editing begins. The ebb and flow of each track is cut and moved around to match the filmed clips captured on-site. Why are the choices final? The amount of effort and skill that goes into editing is much more than you can envision.

THE BRANDING PROCESS

Our standard process for video creation includes a beginning and end slide. The beginning slide includes your agency’s logo and an address of the home. The very last slide typically includes your headshot or branding image (this is optional) and your agency logo, colors, and contact information. Some clients may decide not to include an introductory slide and simply want their branding and website information towards the end. We require all relevant branding assets (headshots, agency logos, contact information, address, if available) to be sent and discussed preferably prior to our shoot, but most importantly the day of. If we do not receive anything on either of those occasions, a non-branded video will be delivered once complete. A fee will be levied on media having to be reproduced or recut with the essential assets after the day of capture. No exceptions.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Our video turnaround time may vary, but is generally between 2-5 days from day of shooting. Our bundles include both a branded and unbranded version of video, but a branded video will be sent by default. Please let us know if you would like to be sent both branded and unbranded.
