TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
To book a session, you will pay for the session fee now. You will select the images you want at the end of the headshot session at the designated rate per image. These images will be retouched. Only retouched images will be delivered.
The client may reschedule a session within 30 days of the original session with more than 24 hours notice, by paying a $150 rescheduling fee. The fee must be paid by phone on the day of the rescheduling. If the client cancels, there will not be a refund. If the client does not reschedule a session within 30 days, the session will be considered cancelled.
Personal usage is included with the cost of the image. This means you can use your headshots on social media, your website, your business cards, etc.
The commercial use of these images is not included. Commercial usage, using these on paid advertising campaigns or on products, like books, to be sold, is not included. Ask Just Toured for pricing for commercial usage.
Your session may be documented with videos and photos for Just Toured’s (and affiliated business’) marketing. If you do not want to be in marketing materials, please notify Jason Jadloski by email after booking and before the session.
